Heavy Duty Mold Rack Shelving Injection Mold Storage Racks Manufacture Supplier
Mold rack shelving is a type of rack, abbreviated as mold rack.
Mainly storing various mold items, divided into lightweight mold racks and heavy-duty mold racks according to the requirements of layer loading capacity. The top of the shelf can be equipped with a mobile hoist truck to facilitate the lifting of molds.
Characteristics of mold Mold rack shelving:
1. Combination assembly, mainly composed of columns, guide slots, drawer layers, pull rods, positioning pins, etc., connected by bolts, with stable structure, safety and reliability, generally used in rows.
2. The drawer tray is mainly composed of sliding rails and drawer trays. The drawer tray is composed of a frame and steel plate welded from rectangular tubes and bent parts. Each slide rail is fixed in place by two bearings, allowing it to roll freely in the guide groove with low resistance, making it easy to pull out the drawer.
3. For safety reasons, the drawer tray of the mold shelf is designed with positioning pins and limit pins to ensure safety when the drawer tray is pulled out. 4. The lightweight mold shelf layer is loaded at 200-800kg per layer. Heavy duty drawer style shelving with a load capacity of 800-1500kg/layer.
5. Mold rack shelving take up less space, have a large load-bearing capacity, are classified in detail, and are easy to operate.
6. Mold rack shelving can also be equipped with drawer trays on the crossbeams of storage shelves, which is more cost-effective and structurally stable.
